Crewe Audi was a very pleasant place to do the exciting business of buying a car. But our pleasing experience began before our visit to the dealership, as Adam was so helpful in our various phone conversations, once we'd spotted the ad on the AutoTrader website.
His communication throughout was excellent and he made us feel valued as customers, clearly making an effort to secure a deal that made us happy. When it was time to collect the new Audi and hand over my traded-in vehicle, the process was smooth and hassle-free.
It was also good to meet manager, Ross, when the purchase was concluded and my lovely new S3 was unveiled. The lovely gift was also greatly appreciated. It's a real shame that we live so far from Crewe, as I wouldn't hesitate to continue using Swansway for servicing and future purchases, based on our experience this time.
The team there is a credit to the Audi brand.
